Efstathia Vlassopoulou has a M.Eng. degree in civil engineering from NTUA (Greece) and a master’s degree in Environmental Engineering and Sustainable Infrastructure from KTH. She conducted her master thesis in collaboration with TMF (Trä- och möbelföretagen) with a subject about urban form and sustainability, where the focus was set on the comparison of the climate impact, from the residential sector, between low-rise garden cities and high-rise compact cities built in suburbs.
During the spring of 2020, Efstathia got another project as a follow-up study from TMF which she conducted as an hourly employee at Anthesis and now she is hired at Anthesis as a consultant.
Efstathia has a great interest in sustainable cities and especially in LCA, environmental certification systems, energy efficiency and sustainable urban planning.
